What it does

- One process per callEach call runs in its own process. A fault on one line never reaches another, and a busy hour on one number never slows the next.
- Interruptions handled in under half a secondWhen a caller speaks over the agent, it stops mid-sentence and listens. Callers talk the way they talk to a person.
- Warm transfer to a real phoneWhen a question belongs to a person, the agent brings one onto the line, on an ordinary phone, and stays until they pick up.
- Every change tested against recorded callsBefore an agent changes, it is run against real conversations and the results are read. Nothing goes live on a guess.
